I cannot say enough great things about John! He came out to clean my dryer vents today and did an amazing job. We had them serviced by a different company back in May, but John discovered that the previous company had actually left an entire brush and pole stuck inside the vent. No wonder things were still not working properly! John was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, took the time to show me what he found, and made sure the vents were completely clean and safe before he left. I really appreciate the honesty and the quality of his work, it makes such a huge difference when you can trust the person servicing your home.
